Stop Typing the Same Order Into Two Systems
Your store, your payment gateway, your bank and your courier already hold data ERPNext needs. We connect them with monitored API integrations, so records arrive on their own and both sides stay in step.
50+ ERP and software projects. Zero failed projects since 2021.
Disconnected systems cost more than the integration does
Every manual re-entry is a delay and a chance to get a number wrong, and the errors usually surface at month-end.
Stock and cash that match across every system
When an order lands in the store but reaches ERPNext a day later, your available stock is wrong for that day and someone oversells. Connected systems post the record as it happens, so what sales sees and what the warehouse sees are the same thing.
- Orders and payments posted as they occur.
- Stock levels shared back to your sales channels.
- Fewer oversells, short shipments and credit notes.

A sync that stops should tell you, not go quiet
The worst integrations are the ones that fail silently and are discovered weeks later during reconciliation. Every job we build writes a log, retries on its own, and raises an alert with the failing record attached if it still does not clear.
- Automatic retry with backoff on transient errors.
- Alerts that name the record and the error.
- A reconciliation report comparing both sides.

The integrations businesses ask for most
Each one is built against the provider's documented API and tested on your own account before it goes live.
From API documentation to a monitored live connection
What every integration ships with
Field mapping document
A written record of which field goes where and which system wins when both change.
Webhooks and scheduled jobs
Instant handling where it matters, batch handling where a retry is safer.
Full request logging
Every call and response stored, so you can see exactly what was sent and when.
Retry and alerting
Automatic retry on transient errors and an alert naming the record if it still fails.
Reconciliation report
A regular count and value comparison between ERPNext and the connected system.
Secure credentials
Keys stored encrypted in site configuration, never hard-coded and never in the repository.

What Is Inside an ERPNext Integration
An integration is more than a connection that works on a good day. Here is how we map the data, move it, watch it, and prove that both systems still agree.
From field mapping to a connection you can trust at month-end
We agree the data contract before writing a line of code
Which field maps to which, what happens when both sides change the same record, how currency, tax and units are converted, and what a duplicate looks like. That mapping is signed off first, then built as webhooks for time-sensitive records and scheduled jobs for batch data.
- A written field map with conflict rules.
- Webhooks for orders and payments.
- Scheduled jobs for masters and reconciliation.

Nothing fails quietly
Every request and response is stored, so you can look up exactly what was sent for any record. Transient failures retry with backoff on their own. Anything that still does not clear raises an alert naming the document and the error, so it gets fixed the same day instead of at month-end.
- Searchable request and response history.
- Automatic retry with backoff.
- Alerts that identify the failing record.

Proof that both systems still agree
A scheduled report compares counts and values on each side and flags anything that drifted, so a gap is caught in days rather than quarters. At handover you get the mapping, the runbook, the credential rotation process and the monitoring setup, all documented.
- Regular count and value comparison.
- Runbook for the common failure cases.
- Credentials stored encrypted, never in the repository.

The ways we can reach another system
REST and GraphQL APIs
The standard route, with authentication, pagination and rate limits handled properly.
Webhooks
Inbound events handled within seconds, with signature verification and replay protection.
Scheduled sync jobs
Batch pulls and pushes on a timetable, safe to re-run without creating duplicates.
File exchange
SFTP drops, CSV and Excel exports and emailed statements picked up and parsed automatically.
Direct database reads
A read-only route into a legacy system that has no API of its own.
Custom middleware
A small service between the two systems when neither can talk to the other directly.
