The Solution

One Odoo Inventory backbone across all branches

We set up each branch as a warehouse in one Odoo database. Now everyone sees stock everywhere, and the system suggests transfers and purchases from real demand.

• Reordering rules trigger purchase orders before items run dry.
• Inter-branch transfers move stock to where the orders are.
• Barcode picking replaced paper lists and cut mistakes.

How We Delivered

Cleaned the data, then rolled out branch by branch

We started by merging three messy product lists into one clean catalog with shared codes. Then we went live one branch at a time so each team learned the new picking flow before the next switched over.

The full rollout took ten weeks, with a TCB lead on site for each branch go-live.

The Outcome

Less stuck stock, faster orders out the door

Stockouts dropped by more than a third because purchasing finally worked from one demand picture. Picking time halved with barcode scanning, and carrying cost fell as dead stock moved to the branches that needed it.
