Each college handled admissions, enrollment, exams and fees its own way. Compiling group results meant collecting files from six places, and the central office never had a current view of enrollment or collections.

How We Delivered

A shared template, college by college

We built a template with the central academic team, piloted it at one college through a full exam cycle, then rolled it to the others. We migrated student and fee data with checks, and trained each college office on its own part.

Go-live took fourteen weeks across the six colleges.

The Outcome

Results in days and a group that can see itself

Result publishing dropped from weeks to days because marks are entered once and report cards generate on their own. Fee collection improved with automatic dues, and the central office finally sees enrollment and revenue across all six colleges in real time.
