Each hospital ran its own systems for wards, pharmacy and finance. Group reporting was stitched together by hand, the month-end close dragged on, and leadership never saw current numbers across the network.

We rolled out SAP S/4HANA on one instance across all five sites, with finance, materials and pharmacy stores on the universal journal and embedded analytics. Every site now posts to the same live data.

A global template, piloted then rolled out

We built a template at the largest site, proved it, then rolled it to the other four with the lessons built in. Each site cut over on a weekend so care was not disrupted, and finance ran a parallel close before sign-off.

Go-live took eighteen weeks, with TCB on site for each cutover and the first group close.

A faster close and one view of the network

The group close dropped by four days because the data is already consolidated and live. Pharmacy waste fell with expiry tracking, and leadership now sees revenue, occupancy and stock across all five sites on one dashboard.
