Oracle Cloud ERP, Implemented by a Team That Stays Until It Works

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP can run financials, procurement, supply chain and projects across every entity you own. Getting there depends on the migration, the integrations and the close process, which is the part most programmes underestimate. That is the part we own.

Why It Matters

Oracle Cloud ERP projects rarely fail on the software

The product does what it says. Programmes come apart on migrated data nobody trusts, integrations that were left to the end, and a close process that was never designed.

Data Decides the Outcome

A clean chart of accounts is worth more than any module

Most of the risk in an Oracle Cloud ERP rollout sits in the master data: the chart of accounts, cost centres, customers, suppliers, items and open balances. We design that structure first, clean the legacy records, and reconcile the opening position before anything is loaded.

  • Chart of accounts designed for group reporting, not copied over.
  • Master data cleaned and de-duplicated before load.
  • Opening balances reconciled and signed off.

Built for Several Entities

Consolidation stops being a month of spreadsheet work

When each company keeps its own books in its own file, the group position is always weeks behind and always disputed. Configured properly, intercompany, currency translation and consolidation run inside the system, and the group close moves from weeks to days.

  • Intercompany transactions matched automatically.
  • Currency translation handled at the period rate.
  • One consolidated position every entity can see.

Group Structure

Every entity on one system, closing to one calendar

Each company keeps its own books, its own currency and its own statutory requirements, while the group sees a single position without anyone rebuilding it by hand.

FAQ

Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP questions

What is Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP?
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is Oracle's cloud business suite, covering financials, procurement, supply chain, project management and reporting in one system. It is built for larger and multi-entity businesses that need several legal entities, currencies and reporting standards handled together rather than reconciled by hand.
How long does an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation take?
A financials-first rollout for a single entity usually runs four to six months. A multi-entity programme covering financials, procurement and supply chain typically runs nine to eighteen months, depending on the number of entities, the state of the legacy data and how much integration is needed.
Can you migrate us from an older Oracle system?
Yes. Moving from an older on-premise Oracle installation is common work: we map the existing chart of accounts and master data, clean and reconcile the balances, move open transactions, and run the old and new systems in parallel for a close cycle before switching over.
Do you customize Oracle Cloud ERP or keep it standard?
We keep the standard product wherever it does the job, because standard configuration survives upgrades and custom code creates maintenance. Where a real process gap exists, we extend it properly through the supported extension and integration methods rather than working around the system.
Can Oracle Cloud ERP connect to the other systems we run?
Yes. We build integrations to CRM, warehouse systems, plant systems, banking, tax filing and customer or supplier portals, so data moves automatically instead of being keyed in twice. Each integration is built with error handling and a log, so a failed message is visible rather than silently lost.
What support do you provide after go-live?
We stay with the system: a support desk for day-to-day issues, help through month and year-end close, changes as your processes evolve, regression testing against Oracle's quarterly updates, and training for new team members.
