Why It Matters

Nobody plans to find out in March that October went wrong

Business problems rarely arrive as a single event. They build quietly across months, in numbers nobody was watching closely enough.

Small Drifts Compound

A two-point margin drop is cheap to fix in month one

Left alone for two quarters, the same drift quietly costs a year of profit. Monitoring compares every measure against your own history, so a slow movement is visible while it is still small enough to correct.

  • Trends caught while they are still small.
  • Comparison against your own normal, not an industry average.
  • The drivers behind the movement, not just the total.

Nothing Depends on Memory

The check runs even in your busiest week

Manual reviews slip the moment the business gets busy, which is exactly when things start moving. Monitoring runs on its own schedule, so the health check happens whether anyone opens a report or not.

  • Runs daily without anyone remembering.
  • Warnings pushed to the person who owns the area.
  • A short summary instead of a stack of reports.

How It Works

From your live data to a warning you can act on

1
Pick the vital signs
We agree which measures define health for your business, and what each one should look like.
2
Connect the data
We read from your ERP, accounts, CRM and production systems, plus any live spreadsheets.
3
Learn normal
The AI studies your history so seasonal swings are treated as normal, not as alarms.
4
Score and watch
Each area is scored daily, and movements outside the usual range are flagged with their cause.
5
Route the warning
The alert reaches the person who owns that area, with the figures needed to act on it.
What It Monitors

Six areas that tell you how the business is really doing

Each area carries its own measures, thresholds and owner, so a warning always lands with someone who can do something about it.

📈

Revenue and demand

Order intake, enquiry flow, win rate and revenue against plan, month by month and by segment.

💰

Cash and collections

Cash cover, collection days, overdue ageing, and customers whose payment pattern has changed.

⚖

Profitability

Gross and net margin by product, customer and order, and the cost movements behind a drop.

📦

Working capital

Stock cover, slow-moving value, turns, and how much cash is tied up in inventory today.

🚚

Delivery and quality

On-time delivery, order delays, rejection rate, and the orders currently at risk of slipping.

🤝

Customer retention

Buying frequency by account, so a customer going quiet shows up before you lose them.

FAQ

Business health monitoring questions

What is AI business health monitoring?
It is a service that watches the core measures of your business every day, such as sales, cash, margin, receivables, stock and on-time delivery, and compares each one against its own normal range. When a measure drifts out of that range, you get an early warning with the numbers behind it instead of finding out at year-end.
How is this different from a dashboard?
A dashboard shows you the numbers when you open it. Health monitoring runs whether you open it or not. It learns what normal looks like for each measure in your business and tells you when something has moved, so nothing depends on someone remembering to check.
What does the health score actually measure?
The score is built from the measures you and we agree matter most, grouped into areas such as revenue, cash and collections, profitability, working capital, delivery and customer retention. Each area is scored against your own history and targets, and the overall score is a weighted view of those areas.
Will it create alert noise?
No. The thresholds are set to your business, and normal seasonal movement is treated as normal. You get a short daily or weekly summary, and a direct alert only when something is genuinely outside its usual pattern.
Does it work with our existing systems?
Yes. It reads from your ERP, accounting software, CRM and production systems, and can also pick up data still held in spreadsheets. Nothing needs to be replaced, and it can post the summary into email or a messaging channel your team already uses.
Who should receive the warnings?
You decide. Most businesses send the overall health summary to the owner and the leadership team, and route specific warnings to the head who owns that area, such as collections alerts to finance and delivery alerts to operations.
