How We Delivered

Built the asset register before switching on plans

We cleaned and loaded the asset register first, because preventive maintenance is only as good as the data behind it. Then we set up maintenance plans with the engineering team and rolled mobile work execution out to the field crews.

Go-live took twenty weeks, including asset data cleanup and field training.
